Dee is the Program Director at C4C, where she dedicates her energy to developing innovative, hands-on programs that foster creativity, critical thinking, and essential life skills. Now in her second year at C4C, Dee approaches each project with the mindset of a storyteller, transforming complex concepts into engaging learning experiences that empower students to reach their full potential.

Through her leadership in programs like Entrepreneurship, Sustainability, Essential Life Skills, and C4CMUN, Dee focuses on equipping students with the tools they need to succeed in the real world. She embodies the values of persistence and creativity, guiding her team and students with a belief that with dedication, anything is possible.

Before stepping into her current role, Dee spent three impactful years as a teacher, where her supportive and innovative approach to education left a lasting impression. She holds the conviction that skills, rather than grades alone, define success and actively encourages her team and students to dream big and overcome obstacles with determination.
