Inside the experience
Step into the role of a delegate.
Change the World Model United Nations is the flagship initiative of Change The World Academy. Students explore global issues by representing countries, testing ideas in debate, and working towards shared solutions.
Represent a perspective
Research the issues and the position you represent. Build an informed argument and explain it to delegates who may see the same challenge differently.
Speak, negotiate, collaborate
Deliver speeches, respond to debate, find common ground, and draft solutions with other delegates. Practice the decisions and conversations at the heart of diplomacy.

Alongside general MUN, specialized simulations connect academic interests with questions in economics, health, law, and technology.

CWMUN Cairo FAQs
What is CWMUN Cairo?
CWMUN Cairo is the Egyptian edition of Change the World MUN, an international Model United Nations experience delivered through the partnership between C4C and CWMUN.
When and where will CWMUN Cairo take place?
CWMUN Cairo will take place in January 2027 at ESLSCA University, with the Opening Ceremony at the Grand Egyptian Museum.
Who can participate?
The conference is open to high school and university students. Students can submit an application through the official CWMUN Cairo application form.
What is different about the university-level experience?
University students will participate in specialized committees connected to their fields of study, including the World Health Organization for medical students and the International Court of Justice for law students.
Are scholarships available?
In partnership with government partners, some scholarships will be available to select public university students. These scholarships are not directly offered or moderated through C4C or Change the World Academy. At the moment, there is no way to apply to them through us. You will learn through your universities should they be informed by the Ministry of the opportunity.
Will international students participate?
Yes. Approximately 200 international participants are expected for the first edition, and CWMUN expects international participation to grow over future editions.
Is the partnership limited to the Cairo conference?
No. The partnership also includes preparing student delegations for CWMUN Rome, CWMUN Paris, and CWMUN New York City.
Who organizes CWMUN?
CWMUN is organized by Associazione Diplomatici, an Italian non-profit organization with Consultative Status at the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).
