Before payment
C4C is currently accepting registrations and applications without online payment. A submitted form does not create a payment obligation or guarantee a place. Before any future payment is requested, C4C will disclose the full fee, currency, payment schedule, inclusions, exclusions, and the cancellation terms that apply to the selected program.
Program-specific terms
Different experiences involve different commitments. Camps and CWMUN Cairo registrations are subject to the specific terms presented and accepted in their forms. International Journeys are subject to the International Travel Terms, including rules for conference fees, instalments, suppliers, visas, and participant withdrawal. If this general policy and accepted program terms differ, the more specific program terms apply, subject always to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Cancellation by a participant
To cancel, contact C4C promptly and provide the participant name, program, and registration reference. Eligibility for a refund depends on the accepted program terms, the date of cancellation, and costs already committed to third parties. Fees identified as non-refundable in the accepted program terms remain non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes, postponement, or cancellation by C4C
C4C may make reasonable changes needed for safety, quality, availability, or circumstances outside its control. If C4C materially changes the date or format and the participant cannot reasonably attend, C4C will offer an appropriate transfer, credit, or refund of the affected C4C program fee. If C4C cancels an experience without delivering it, C4C will refund the program fee received for the undelivered experience or offer a transfer or credit chosen by the participant. Third-party costs are handled according to the applicable program terms and amounts recoverable from those suppliers.
Approved refunds
Once C4C confirms that a refund is due, it will normally be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method where practical. Banks and payment providers may need additional time to display the amount. C4C may request reasonable information needed to verify the payer and transaction and will never ask for a full card number by email or a general form.

Use Contact Us and select the registration or payment option. C4C will review the registration record, accepted terms, payment evidence, and relevant communications. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
