These terms apply to: CWMUN Cairo applicants and delegates, their parents or legal guardians, and supervisors.
Registration & payments
- Parents and legal guardians are fully responsible for the accuracy and validity of all information and documents submitted on behalf of a participant.
- Registration is confirmed only after the application form has been submitted, these Terms & Conditions have been accepted, and the applicable program fees have been paid.
- Program fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- C4C will not change the quoted price after registration has been confirmed.
Bootcamp attendance
- A delegate whose bootcamp attendance is below 80% is not eligible for an award.
Media & communications
- C4C may take photographs and video footage during sessions, events, and activities.
- By joining the program, parents and legal guardians consent to C4C using images and footage of themselves and their child, as well as their email address, for educational and promotional purposes.
Acceptance
- By submitting the application, the applicant and, where applicable, their parent or legal guardian acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
