International Travel Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to: International Journey participants, their parents or legal guardians, and supervisors.

Registration & payments

Parents and legal guardians are fully responsible for the accuracy and validity of all information and documents submitted on behalf of a participant.
The registration process may require embassy appointments, supporting documents, bank financial statements or balances, other financial evidence, and translations. Do not submit documents outside C4C's instructions.
Registration is confirmed only after the registration form has been submitted, these Terms & Conditions have been accepted, and the first instalment and applicable visa fees have been paid.
The first instalment and conference fees are non-refundable. Fees are also non-refundable if a participant withdraws.
Fees quoted in EUR or USD may be paid in EGP using the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction.
C4C will not change the quoted price after registration has been confirmed.

The participant's passport must remain valid for at least six months after the planned return to Cairo.
Visa decisions and processing times are entirely at the discretion of the relevant Embassy or Consulate. C4C is not responsible for a visa rejection or delay.
If a visa is rejected, visa and processing fees are non-refundable. C4C may refund other paid amounts after deducting visa costs, administrative costs, non-refundable deposits, taxes, and non-refundable flight, accommodation, or other supplier charges.
A visa reapplication requires payment of new visa fees.
C4C is not responsible for document translation.

C4C will provide the visa paperwork under its control within a reasonable timeframe.
Required hard-copy documents must be delivered to the school or another location directed by C4C by the stated deadlines.
C4C may reject an incomplete application and is not responsible for delays caused by late or incomplete documents.
Valid passport or identification copies for participating students and their parents or legal guardians must be submitted with the application when requested.
Do not submit documents directly to a school unless C4C instructs you to do so.

Changes or exceptions cannot be made to the confirmed package.
The package price does not include visa application or processing fees.
Students will be accommodated in triple or quadruple rooms.
Some packages may include a four-star Marriott hotel or an equivalent hotel, where stated in the confirmed package.
The final itinerary will be shared at least two weeks before the trip.

C4C may take photographs and video footage during sessions, events, and activities.
By joining the program, parents and legal guardians consent to C4C using images and footage of themselves and their child, as well as their email address, for educational and promotional purposes.

C4C is not responsible for visa decisions, rejected, incomplete, or late documents, translations, or personal loss, theft, or damage.
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the accuracy and validity of financial statements, supporting documents, and visa information.

By submitting the application or registration, the participant and, where applicable, their parent or legal guardian acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
