Eligibility
Final eligibility requirements will be published here when confirmed. A competition entry must be linked to a valid registration for the relevant C4C Camp.
FROM KNOWING TO DOING
YOUR MOVE is an optional competition connected to the C4C Diplomacy Camp and C4C Financial Literacy Camp. Entering does not affect ordinary Camp registration, acceptance, payment, or participation.
Competition framework
Final prompt options, voting details, and scholarship details remain configurable and will be published by C4C without changing the registration form logic.
Final eligibility requirements will be published here when confirmed. A competition entry must be linked to a valid registration for the relevant C4C Camp.
Submit a clear vertical video in an accepted format. The recommended duration is 30–45 seconds and the configured maximum upload size is shown before file selection.
C4C may review eligibility, consent, prompt relevance, file safety, link accessibility, and compliance with the published rules before an entry is included.
Results use 75% public Story voting and 25% C4C judging-panel weighting during the published voting period.
C4C may investigate or exclude suspicious, automated, purchased, manipulated, or otherwise invalid voting activity.
The confirmed tie-breaking method will be published before results are finalized. The website does not invent a tie-breaking rule.
Confirmed scholarship prizes and eligibility will be published before winners are determined. A scholarship has no cash exchange unless C4C explicitly publishes otherwise.
Entrants authorize C4C to publish the submitted video, selected display name, and related competition results on C4C social media for public viewing and voting. Under-18 entries require parent or legal-guardian confirmation.
Competition entry is optional. Entering, not entering, winning, or experiencing an upload failure does not change whether a Camp registration is received or how it is reviewed.
Privacy and safeguarding
C4C collects uploaded videos or submitted links and the entrant's Instagram handle for competition administration. Valid entries, the chosen display name, voting instructions, and competition results may be published on C4C social media. The Instagram handle remains in restricted competition records and is not approved for public display without separate permission. Contact details, school information, medical or safety information, exact date of birth, and payment information are not published or copied into the competition Drive folder. Source files remain in restricted C4C storage. Consent may be withdrawn subject to the published rules and operational requirements.
Use Contact Us to ask a privacy, consent, or competition-support question. Do not send payment-card, passport, or medical information.
